Sarah is mom of two little boys who keep her moving all the time. As a proud Army spouse, she is no stranger to the challenges of frequent moves and living overseas.  She’s excited to continue this community where women can find friendship and support through the fun and difficult seasons of motherhood.

Sarah discovered the power of community in her early days of motherhood.  Sarah had previously practiced law in Nashville, TN and found motherhood to be incredibly isolating.  All that changed when she found a yoga studio where she could bring her baby with her.  She went on to complete her yoga teacher training in 2018 while pregnant with her second child so she could help other mamas stay active through pregnancy.  Sarah joined SLAM upon moving to Wiesbaden and instantly knew it was a good fit.  She came on as a coach to bring yoga and stretching to balance out the group’s strength classes and then became owner in June 2023.

Sarah is a marathon runner and devoted yogi who loves bringing a sense of calm to the chaos of motherhood.  When she’s not running or Slam’n you can find Sarah and her family traveling around Europe and enjoying all the festivals in Germany.
