Frank Brown Park has SO many opportunities to S.L.A.M. We have baseball fields, football fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a beautiful brand new playground! We are thrilled to be able to start our mama community here!

Park near the entrance of the parks and recreation office. Join us next to the basketball courts to begin class.

Hi there! I am a proud wife of a Bay County firefighter, and a mother of 2! I am certified through National Personal Training Institute, and have been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have personally seen the impact the S.L.A.M.  community has had on a countless number of mamas over the last 7 years. It is truly moving, and life changing. I’m anxious to bring that community to this sweet little paradise that we get to call home. It takes a village, and I can’t wait to build ours here. My favorite ways to S.L.A.M. include HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training), workouts to music…SO.MUCH.MUSIC, and of course sprints and weight training!

Robin Haussmann| Instructor

Hi, local Florida girl here! I am certified as a group fitness instructor through ACE with a CPR/AED certification as well. I was introduced to SLAM by a friend in January 2020 and was enamored from the start! My favorite way to SLAM is HIIT style workouts but I also enjoy running. I’m married to my husband Simon and we have three strong-willed {but beautiful} children. Beyond fitness, SLAM has been such an encouragement and I’m so grateful to Amy for bringing SLAM to PCB! 

Mikayla Moore| Instructor

Hi! I’m Mikayla Moore! I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and also hold a CPR /AED certification. My passion has become fitness from my own personal journey and transformation and knowing how good it feels to be confident and strong, has given me so much joy to share and guide others on their journey through health and fitness, knowing they are on a path to feeling the same. I am married to my husband, Rich, and together we have two sweet babes, Colt and Macy. We were relocated to PCB, FL, where I found SLAM and what a blessing that was! A group of the kindest, most encouraging women! They show up for themselves and one another consistently and are always there to help and encourage during daily workouts, our fun mom nights out, and our sweet playgroups after class. The instant support and bond is like no other! 

Kiley Winter| Instructor

My name is Kiley Winter. I am an ACE certified group fitness instructor and CPR/AED certified through the Health and Safety Institute.  I love all things related to fitness. I have been married to my husband Sam since 2009. We have two beautiful girls, Taylor and Delaney. My husband is an active duty Army Diver stationed in PCB where I found SLAM and I have been addicted ever since! I have so many favorite parts of SLAM so I’ll just name a few: the community is so supportive, the workouts are intense but scalable, seeing the little ones watch their strong mamas is what this is all about and the monthly moms night outs are always so much fun! I love a good HIIT style workout and I’ve really grown to love running! My best advice is give this group a try! You WILL NOT regret it!

SLAM is one of the best workouts I’ve ever done (every workout is challenging and completely scaleable to your ability) and after coming for 10 months I have never repeated the same workout twice (no boredom)!

I started S.L.A.M. a couple of weeks ago and instantly loved the workouts and community, but today after class my daughter age 2 gave it the best review and I thought I would share. She said “I love Stroller class. Mommy, and baby, and Brooke (herself)” out of the mouths of babes! This group is more than a fitness class, come and see!
