Lyndsay Woods is a certified prenatal and postnatal group fitness instructor through AFAA, CPR/AED certified, and has over a decade of experience in fitness instruction. She is a boy mom of two, Marine spouse, and has a passion for helping Moms get strong!
She has taught hundreds of classes as an instructor since 2012 in South Carolina, Japan, North Carolina, Virginia and online. Her specialities include HIIT, cardio kickboxing, cardio strength and interval training with LOTS of energy. She strives to be healthy for her boys so that she has the energy to keep up with them!

Julie is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach and holds a certificate from the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. She has been serving women in their health and wellness for several years and recently expanded into group fitness!
She is a mom of two boys and Marine spouse. She loves helping moms discover their strength and *thrive* in this crazy chapter of their lives!
Julie’s classes are full-body workouts focused on building muscle and cardiovascular fitness. She is full of energy, positivity, and will encourage you to push yourself to see what you can do!
