Lyndsay Woods is a certified prenatal and postnatal group fitness instructor through AFAA, CPR/AED certified, and has over a decade of experience in fitness instruction. She is a boy mom of two, Marine spouse, and has a passion for helping Moms get strong!

She has taught hundreds of classes as an instructor since 2012 in South Carolina, Japan, North Carolina, Virginia and online. Her specialities include HIIT, cardio kickboxing, cardio strength and interval training with LOTS of energy. Lyndsay Woods | Instructor & Owner

Angelique Robinson | Barre Instructor

Angelique Robinson holds two barre certifications from Barre Above (2016) & Barre Guild Academy (2020). She also completed her 200 HR yoga certification in 2016. Originally from Miami, Angie has lived in Virginia since 2013 with her husband John and their children Emma and Jacob. After moving to Virginia and finding yoga, she realized she had a passion for teaching others and loved to see people find their own strength. Angie enjoys mixing HIIT style workouts into her barre classes, as well as incorporating breath work and functional movements. When she’s not teaching, her favorite way to sweat like a mother is through weight training, cycling, barre and hot yoga. Angie strongly believes in movement as medicine and that everyone should meet their body where they are at. 

Emily Ranch | Yoga Instructor

Emily is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and is CPR/First Aid certified. She also holds her 200hr level Yoga Teacher Certification. She grew up swimming competitively, is a former lifeguard and swim instructor/coach, and has a Bachelor’s Degree from UNC Charlotte in Education. She’s an Army Brat and brings her adventurous “try anything” attitude to each class. Emily has been an active member with SLAM DC since June 2017. Most people don’t know that she didn’t start her running journey until joining S.L.A.M.! Since then, she’s run countless 5ks, 8ks, ten milers, a sunset RAGNAR and a half marathon. She is beyond excited to instruct for SSM- combining her love of teaching, tough workouts and kiddos! Mom to two boys, she brings her passion for SLAM and welcoming smile to every class. 

Stephanie Quantico SLAM Boss

Stephanie Samudio | Owner & Instructor

Stephanie Samudio is an NASM certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism 2.0 Coach. She is CPR/AED certified and holds an M.S. in Holistic Nutrition. 
She lives in Virginia with her husband, Gabriel and their two children. She completed her Master’s in Holistic Nutrition in August 2019 with a concentration on Gestational Diabetes and has 9 years of coaching under her belt to include group fitness, one-on-one training and nutrition coaching. Stephanie’s favorite way to sweat like a mother is in a heavy weights class with core training, and HIIT mixed in. She does interval runs while chasing her littles at the playground after S.L.A.M.
