I’m beyond thankful for finding SLAM – Dayton Area. I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in and for the first time in my life I actually look forward to working out instead of dreading it.
Alexis does a great job of encouraging all to “Be YOU” and shine at your own fitness level. This is an amazing community of women desiring to encourage each other to be healthy and be STRONG! Great workout!
I moved to the area only a months ago and I felt really welcomed by this group. workouts are so thought out and keep me interested. I would recommend this group to anyone!!
This group of mommas is incredibly sweet, strong and encouraging! Alexis created and encourages an environment of pushing yourself and also giving yourself time for those new to working out, pregnant and postpartum moms to get back into it. The classes are creative and fun. I love being a part of this SLAM group.
