Jemima is a mum of two little ones, Jasper (3) and Iris (10 months) and a proud Army wife to Will. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and is certified through the American Red Cross in both Adult and Paediatric First Aid. Jemima fell for SLAM when her family were posted to Fort Leavenworth, Kansas in 2017. She loved the classes, not only the creativity, the energy and the intensity, but also the community that she felt a part of instantly. Jemima is so excited to introduce this buggy fitness class to Aldershot and create a new tribe of mums who want to Sweat Like a Mother!
