Meredith Reynafortknox@sweatlikeamother.com

Meredith is an Army spouse and a mother to three children (2 boys and 1 girl). She began her SLAM journey at Cameron-Sanford in December of 2020 after moving to Fort Bragg (Fort Liberty). Since then, her family has moved 3 times with one thing staying constant, SLAM!

In April of 2023, she retired after 20 years of military service (combined Army and Air Force) and immediately jumped into Yoga teacher training at a local studio in Clarksville, TN. Soon after completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Course, she found out she was expecting her 3rd child. Meredith desired to continue her yoga practice while pregnant but was unable to find a local Yoga Studio that offered pre/postnatal yoga classes. Seeing this, she pursued a pre/postnatal yoga certificate in hopes of continuing her practice while pregnant and providing this service to other expecting mamas.

Meredith holds a Group Fitness Instructor certification through NASM, 200hr yoga teacher training certificate and is a registered prenatal yoga teacher. Aside from yoga, her favorite ways to sweat are “heavies” day and a good chipper.

Tiffany Davisfortknox@sweatlikeamother.com

Tiffany is a military spouse and mom to two amazing little guys. She is an ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor and is First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the AHA compliant organization ResusciTech. Tiffany was born in Fort Polk, Louisiana but moved around as the Army saw fit until her family ultimately settled in Kentucky. She has a Masters Degree in Science and Social Work.

Tiffany has fallen in love with fitness as she embarked on a complete overhaul healthy journey, losing 100 pounds over the course of two and a half years. Learning to incorporate movement in her daily life, she wanted a community to celebrate movement and friendship and found her home at S.L.A.M.
After a few months of fooling herself into thinking class passes were the right way to go, she joined the monthly unlimited members and never looked back. S.L.A.M gave Tiffany the community she was missing and reignited a passion for helping others pursue their fitness goals. Tiffany’s favorite S.L.A.M. class is Cardio, but she can’t resist a good dance through each and every workout.

The Fort Knox Team

Abigail Morgan | Instructor

Abigail is an Army spouse and mom of one little boy with another on the way! Abby is a NASM CPT, AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and a To Birth and Back Movement Professional. She is CPR Certified through American HCA!

She started SLAM at Knox in summer of 2023 and fell in love with the community! As an early bird, she loves coaching the 6 am classes (SLAM the Alarm) and loves jumping in for the sweaty in person 9 am classes, especially ones that involve running and HIIT!

Maria-joelle Morris | Instructor

Maria is an Army wife and mom of 3. She has been involved in SLAM since its inception at Fort Knox.
Maria was born in Belgium to a military family (Father, brother, nephew all in the Army) and moved to Ireland at age 3.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in I.T. and is trilingual. She became a US Citizen last year and is proud to call herself an American.
Maria is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher and is First Aid and CPR/AED certified through American Red Cross. When not SLAMming, Maria is employed by the VA to teach yoga and relaxation techniques to Veterans, and by MWR to teach yoga and bodyweight exercises as unit PT.

She spent time in Indonesia pursuing advanced yoga studies. She’s passionate about nutrition, movement, and meditation. Her favorite ways to sweat are a combination of mobility, bodyweight, and resistance training and her classes are a combination of all 3. Her playlists are often epic. No, really. She would love to travel more and she loves to make friends!

Lindsey Prescott | Instructor

Lindsey has always been driven by her passion for movement and the joy of bringing happiness to others. She began her journey in dance at the age of 3, in ballet and later ballroom dancing. After completing college, she earned a certification in Zumba.

Her life took an exciting turn when she was stationed at Fort Leavenworth while welcoming her second child in 2022. It was at SLAM Leavenworth that Lindsey focused on her own postpartum recovery while surrounded by the encouragement of coaches and friends.

In the summer of 2024, Lindsey and her family relocated to Fort Knox. While the challenges of military life could have been daunting, she found solace in the instant friendships and support available at SLAM Fort Knox. Fueled by her growing love for fitness, Lindsey stepped into the role of coach. She is eager to inspire others on their fitness journeys just as she had been inspired.

Lindsey is ACE certified and CPR/AED certified and is a To Birth and Back Movement Professional.

Jenny Liesen | Instructor

Jenny is a military spouse and mom to five children, ages 5 to 15. Originally from Georgia, she spent much of her childhood in middle Tennessee, so settling in Kentucky in 2024 felt like coming home.

Jenny discovered her love for running in the 4th grade after she recognized that sports requiring hand-eye coordination or natural rhythm were not going to be her calling. It all worked out, because she loved it and continued running competitively through high school. In college, Jenny transitioned to endurance racing and never looked back.

After a running-related injury in 2023, Jenny was challenged to rethink her approach to fitness. She discovered the importance of balancing strength training with cardio- not just for performance, but for longevity and injury prevention. Once her family arrived at Fort Knox, she was introduced to S.L.A.M. and it was the perfect fit- combining strength, conditioning, and community.

Jenny is a Certified Running Coach through the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), First Aid and CPR/AED certified through the ISSA, and a To Birth and Back Movement Professional. She is passionate about helping others build strength, confidence, and endurance in a supportive and encouraging environment.
