Olivia Ham | olivia@sweatlikeamother.com
Olivia Ham is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Certified To Birth & Back Movement Professional, and a Kettlebell Concepts Level One Instructor. She holds a certification in CPR/AED through the American Red Cross. She is a proud military wife, and mother of two. Olivia is originally from Seattle, Washington. She met her husband while he was stationed at Fort Lewis, WA in 2007. They have since called Georgia, Alabama and Texas home before arriving in North Carolina in the summer of 2022.
Olivia’s love for S.L.A.M. began in El Paso when she was newly postpartum, new to Texas, her husband was scheduled to deploy for 9 months, and she was seeking both a great workout and supportive community. She found that and so much more, going from member to coach and having the opportunity to help lead in El Paso for 2 years.
When Olivia found out they were relocating to Fort Bragg she was overjoyed to know there was an active and thriving S.L.A.M. group in Fayetteville. She could not wait to join in any capacity. When the opportunity to come on as S.L.A.M Boss was presented, Olivia eagerly jumped at the opportunity!
Olivia believes there is a place for each and every mom, in all stages of motherhood, at S.L.A.M. She is passionate about helping mothers to either find for the first time, rediscover, or develop themselves, as mother athletes! She believes fiercely that kindness is cool, there is a seat for everyone at the table, and we are all stronger when we work together.
Olivia’s favorite ways to get her sweat on are kettlebell workouts, heavy lifting, running and cycling. When she is not at S.L.A.M. you can find Olivia spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, reading, cooking, hanging out with her S.L.A.M. sisters, and usually all while drinking coffee.

I’ve never been apart of such an amazing group of moms! I was so nervous and worried about comparing myself to the other moms- that immediately went away at my first class. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging! The workouts are well thought out and planned. I feel so much support and love from everyone! It’s my favorite way to start the day!!
