Sarah is a NCSF Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor (200 hr training), Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and CPR/First Aid Certified. She has also completed the To Birth and Back Movement Professionals course. As a former special education teacher, she loves helping mamas learn about fitness. Sarah is an Army wife and mom to an active boy. She discovered S.L.A.M. Fort Sill while seeking ways to connect with other parents. Her favorite ways to S.L.A.M. include yoga and strength-focused classes.

Pamela is an ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor, Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, To Birth and Back Movement Professional, and CPR/First Aid Certified. She is a school teacher by trade with a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Master’s in Early Childhood Education. Pamela discovered S.L.A.M. Fayetteville in 2018 and immediately fell in love with the community. Her passion for teaching and her love for S.L.A.M. led her to be an instructor for S.L.A.M. Fort Sill in 2020. After instructing for a year she had the opportunity to become a boss! Pamela is married to her high school sweetheart, is an Army wife, and mother to a beautiful girl. Pamela’s favorite ways to S.L.A.M. are fun runs with fellow mamas and lifting heavy weights.

Alyssa | Instructor

Alyssa has a degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Motor Behavior. From competing in gymnastics to coaching gymnastics to later becoming a physical therapy technician, fitness has always been a huge part of her life. She is CPR/First Aid certified. She is an Army wife and a mom to a precious boy. Alyssa found S.L.A.M. Fort Sill while looking for a community to support her and cheer her on. Her favorite ways to S.L.A.M. are doing workouts that focus on high-intensity interval training and functional fitness.

Felicia | Instructor

Felicia is an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and is CPR/First Aid certified through American Red Cross. She served in the Army National Guard for over 8 years before being medically retired after a permanent injury. She has been married to her husband Christian for 10 years and they have three beautiful children, Sophia, Milena, and Declan. She is currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Technology and Cybersecurity. Felicia found S.L.A.M. in Fort Sill/Lawton in 2021, 5 months postpartum where she struggled with PPD and other health issues. S.L.A.M. has provided a safe space for her to pursue her fitness goals. In doing so, she decided she wanted to help mamas just like her who may have injuries or chronic pain but still want to safely and effectively workout. Her favorite workouts are Tabatas and function and mobility workouts to help mamas with their daily activities.
