Lindi Headshot

Lindi McCullough| slamhood@sweatlikeamother.com

Lindi is a mama of 5 kiddos: 2 girls and 3 boys (her youngest are twins!), and an Army wife to her pilot husband Shayne. Lindi’s journey with SLAM happened unexpectedly in 2019 at a preschool event. Fellow SLAM instructor Devon Collins recruited her to run Ragnar Texas Trail on whim and it worked out exceptionally!! Since Ragnar, ontop of running crazy amounts of miles, Lindi enjoys daily SLAM workouts and the atmosphere and community it brings.

Lindi has an Associates degree in Health & Wellness is a NASM certified personal trainer, and Pregnancy & Postpartum Athletic Coach. Since receiving her degree and certification, Lindi has completed certification through NASM as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Group Fitness Instructor. She has also completed US Olympic Lifting Level 1 Coach. Lindi is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science & Human Performance at Texas A & M.

Fitness has been a huge part of Lindi’s everyday life since losing their oldest child in 2013. As the years have gone on, she has tested the waters of Crossfit, powerlifting and race running, setting her eyes on her first marathon in 2021.
Lindi loves being part of a community of strong mamas that support each other, understand each other, and push each other to succeed. Lindi, although staying here at the Hood for a few more years, looks forward to continuing to grow as an instructor.

Victoria Deedon | Instructor

Victoria is a proud military spouse, and mother of two. She is an ACE certified group fitness instructor and is CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross. Victoria also holds a bachelor’s degree in History, with a minor in Business Administration. After running her first 5k in college, Victoria just kept running! She has completed several half marathons, and her favorite races are coordinated by everyone’s favorite mouse. After having her first child in Washington, Victoria discovered stroller fitness classes and was immediately hooked! She virtually SLAM’d while away from a local affiliate, and raced to join SLAM Fort Hood upon her family’s arrival to Texas. Victoria loves that SLAM offers the perfect combination of sweat, friendship, and fun that she’s able to share with her children.
