Krista Bingman is an ACE certified group fitness instructor. She is CPR/First aid certified and has a B.S. and M.A. in Art Education. Krista lives at West Point with her husband, son and daughter. Prior to moving to West Point, Krista was a member of S.L.A.M. Savannah, and S.L.A.M. Dayton, where she became an instructor. Her favorite way to sweat is all things S.L.A.M., yoga and bike rides.
