Krystal is 39 years old and mom to three littles – Rowan (4), Luke (2.5), and Adalynn (11 months). She is a stay-at-home-mom, HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator, former Forensic Psychologist, and a military spouse. Her husband is an active duty officer in the Air Force and they have been married for six years. Krystal is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and holds a certification in First Aid, CPR and AED (for infants, children, and adults) through the American Heart Association.
Krystal was first introduced to SLAM in Monterey, CA in January 2020 and was a faithful member for 2.5 years until her family moved to Montgomery, AL. She continued to fuel her SLAM addiction with Virtual SLAM, but craved the in-person connections and relationships like the ones she had cultivated in Monterey. Once settled in Montgomery, Krystal saw the need for a SLAM and seized the opportunity to open an affiliate. Her favorite ways to “Sweat Like a Mother” include heavy weights, EMOMS, and (SL)AMRAPS.
