Georgina is a proud Army wife and mum of two, Noah (5) and Margo (2). She is a  Level 2 group exercise instructor, qualified in Level 3 supporting pre and postnatal clients with exercise and nutrition and workplace first aid training.

Georgina has moved several times due to her husbands job and has found it difficult to meet other mums and feel part of a community. That is until she stumbled across SLAM Aldershot!

She instantly fell in love with all that SLAM has to offer; the fun, engaging and inspiring workouts, the friendship, comradery and community, Georgina loved it all! So much so she decided to bring SLAM to Catterick on her family’s next move!

Georgina is so excited to share SLAM with Catterick and create a new community of mums ready to Sweat Like A Mother!!
